Shuckers are a group of Baldwin County community leaders who have been selected to be one of the faces of the Shuck Cancer event. These Shuckers serve as an extension of the American Cancer Society by raising funds and awareness. They are well-connected, philanthropic and want to influence their community by making an impact to help end cancer as we know it, for everyone. Our Shuckers are the stars of the show and honored guests of Shuck Cancer who participate in a “friendly competition” to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. All Shuckers will be honored during the Shuck Cancer event and the top fundraisers will be named Shucker of the Year. Shuckers must commit to fundraise or give $5,000 or more for the American Cancer Society and attend Shuck Cancer.
